Nothing in the outside world is painful

If something has happened in your life that you are currently suffering from or you feel so much stress in your body, it is because of the model and perspective you are showing off to the world, the beliefs, the sentences you are saying to yourself, the images you are showing to your mind, The window from which you look at the event is painful. Not the event itself.

Your interpretations of that event are painful, not the event itself. The events and things that exist in our lives are not good or bad, and you can easily change the window to make each event the most influential, beautiful, and important event in your life.

If you are experiencing stress, these negative emotions are a valuable gift to you that reflects your great inner flaws. You ask why?
Because negative emotions show that your current beliefs, attitudes, and level of growth aren’t working well enough, otherwise you shouldn’t be feeling bad. You have to be happy because if you didn’t realize that your beliefs weren’t working out right now, you would still be experiencing negative emotions in the future. Difficulties in everyone’s life happen sooner or later, and it’s important to always be strong in confronting them.

The importance of strong internal communication to manage your stress

Communication is everything (whether it’s your relationship with others or your relationship with yourself). All you have to do is create the desired feeling of inner connection with yourself. The connection you have with yourself, the sentences you say to yourself, the fantasies and images you show yourself and your mind, your body language, are the things that create the feelings within you.

Convince Your Subconscious Mind

All you have to do is create a good feeling and eliminate the current bad feeling and stress by convincing your subconscious mind. Suppose there is a pessimistic being inside you (subconscious mind) who likes to constantly weave negatively. And this creature is also a hard believer and stubborn. That is, no matter how much you tell him everything is fine, he still gives reasons why everything is bad.

By knowing the answers to these questions and imitating them in your inner connection, you can succeed in negotiating with yourself and producing a positive feeling under any circumstances. The only gap between you and any feeling you want to have quickly is gaining high communication power with yourself. Can you show the world in a way to yourself and negotiate with your subconscious mind so that the desired feeling is produced in you? This is a skill that you must acquire to have a wonderful feeling in all moments of life.🧙‍♀️
