What is the subconscious mind?
Think of the subconscious as the space to function and store things you are not currently aware of (for example, you were already breathing unconsciously).
It contains your life experiences, memories, beliefs, skills, and things you have seen. Also, controlling many of your body’s subconscious functions, such as breathing, heart rate, digestion, temperature control, etc., that are beyond your conscious mind goes back to your subconscious.
An example to understand and experience it
Someone wants to learn how to drive. In the beginning, this person can not talk to another person while driving because he has to focus on the various movements that occur while driving. It is because this person is using their conscious mind to drive, and driving has not yet become an unconscious process. A few weeks later, driving becomes normal for this person, and the person starts driving without thinking about it. This person may also do things while talking on the phone, talking to friends, or even texting! The difference here is that driving skill is programming in the subconscious mind; therefore, the conscious mind is released and can engage in other simultaneous activities.
The subconscious mind is also responsible for controlling the emotions you experience. For example, if you have a speech, the stress of worry and fear is entirely by your subconscious.
On the other hand, the conscious mind responds to things like calculations, logic, and all the operations you do when you are aware. The unconscious controls things like heart rate and respiration.
Another excellent example of how the subconscious mind works is that before I said that breathing control is with it, you were not aware of it, but after pointing to it, you are conscious of your breathing and could feel it. More interestingly, breathing becomes unconscious after a while, and you will not be aware of it.
Now I ask you to control your breathing for a minute. In this case, the conscious mind controls your breathing, but when you forget your focus on breathing operations, the subconscious mind will control it again.
How to plan your subconscious mind?
When you program the information about your driving in the subconscious mind, it is recorded precisely in the form of a program inside it. Imagine your mind as a computer, and the information stored in it will be like software that you can run automatically whenever needed.
This is the case for many other activities and emotions. If someone bothers you, the installed anger program will run as a result and will be the result of behavior that you may later regret doing.
By programming it with new and efficient programs, you can correct many of the current problems in your personality. Just make sure that it (or rather the automatic guidance system of your being!) has programs that enable it to control your life without any problems.
Your subconscious mind can be programmed by hypnosis. it learns by using repetition and logic does not affect it! This is why you can convince someone by constantly repeating a sentence.
