Sometimes you may experience negative emotions. Under these circumstances, how can we return to a positive vibrational level?
Worse than having negative emotions is having trouble with them!
When you have negative emotions, Worse than the problem or negativity itself is worrying about your negative emotions, becoming sensitive or obsessed with them or constantly judging them which can make the problems bigger and bigger until they cover your whole mind.
Many people are accustomed to constantly getting stuck and judge themselves. I must say that your biggest problem is that you have a problem with the presence of bad feelings or you want them to end quickly! The more you resist anything, the more you will absorb it. So do not take a stand against them.
To change, neutralize the vibration first
Find any event that has negatively affected your vibrational energy, and consciously and voluntarily focus on the positive parts of it, and draw energy from that negative event as well. This is your power to change the perspective , to get positive vibrations from everything.
Then start with the smallest things around you and focus on them voluntarily to move from a negative vibrational state to a neutral vibrational and emotional state. Note that you will never be able to feel good about the problem from the same perspective. So you have to find a strong point of view.
Once you have been able to do this and feel neutral, you can now more easily positively vibrate and return to the peak of your vibrational level by consciously controlling your thoughts and concentration. ( Not feeling well, without knowing the cause? )
