Have you ever heard the concepts of Conscious and Subconscious?
What are their characteristics? How can I use both to succeed?
Do you know about them?
Do you know the differences?
Knowing the structure of the brain is one of the basic knowledge you need to know, and in this article, I will examine these two parts of the brain and introduce them. You need to know where your beliefs, feelings, or habits are in your mind and how you can change them. You also need to know what these two sections mean and how they work.
Brain Structure
The brain is divided into two parts, the conscious, and the subconscious. The conscious part is the part that, if I say what the result of multiplying 9 by 4 (mathematical and logical calculations) will give you the answer quickly. This section controls all the actions you take consciously. For example,
when you decide to move your foot, the conscious part has done so because you have been one hundred percent conscious and awake and, in fact, conscious while doing it.
The conscious mind is also known as the brain guard. If someone tries to introduce you to a new belief that contradicts previous beliefs, this section will disagree. Another example is that if someone tries to criticize or condemn you, this section will filter it and take a stand against it.
But what is the Subconscious Mind?
The part of the mind that is responsible for all your thoughtless and conscious work is called the subconscious. For example, as soon as you read this text, your heart, your body temperature control, your breathing, and thousands of other parts are done automatically, and you don’t think about them. But once you read these, your breathing becomes conscious and you breathe voluntarily. Also, after a while, the subconscious mind will regain control of your breathing.
The subconscious also controls emotions. If you’ve ever had a bad feeling without knowing why it’s done by your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind also stores your memories and beliefs.
The right way to change a belief is to first convince the conscious mind, which is like a brain guard, logically or with techniques such as hypnosis to accept the new belief. In this way, the relevant belief enters the subconscious mind and can be accepted.
As an exercise, we ask you to sit in a quiet place relaxed, and breathe consciously. Notice how the conscious part controls your breathing. But after a while, as you breathe in, your breathing becomes involuntary, and your subconscious mind, like an automatic flight control system, controls your breathing!
The Secret of Success!
To progress on the path to success, you need to know well how these two parts of the mind work. If you know how they work, you can use the power of both conscious and subconscious mind to succeed!
One example of how you can take advantage of these two areas of life is controlling your emotions. Because emotions are initiated and controlled by the subconscious part of the brain, it is impossible to stop them.
But knowing that the subconscious mind creates thoughts (which are the main reason for the onset of emotions) in your mind allows you to control your emotions by controlling and monitoring your thoughts and inner interpretation.
I didn’t know that.
