Don’t fight with negative energies
Many constantly express that they hate negative people, hate negative energy, hate poverty, and hate the behavior of others. The critical thing to remember is that hating one thing is not a practical solution, and it just so happens that those things and those negative people are more present in your life. The considerable opposing challenges get bigger and bigger.
How to act when negative events happen?
It might come easy for you to identify negative energies in your life, but eliminating them might not be as easy. You can clear out negative energy by first taking ownership. Take responsibility for your feelings, and do not blame them on someone else.
In the famous words of the Dalai Lama, “When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. You will learn peace and joy when you realize that everything springs only from yourself.”
Catch yourself whenever you think, “what will go wrong,” and instead change it to “what will go right?” Remember, you are responsible for your feelings, and don’t blame outside forces when your life goes wrong. Instead, gain the courage to accept that you create your life experience.
End your habit of fighting. Do not constantly react to negative events and people, and do not always fight with them. Those who are struggling with negative energies are creating more and more of their problems. Love everything and everyone, even love negative energy and people, because otherwise, the same energies and negative people will have an enormous impact on your life.
