In this article, we will talk about the four levels of consciousness. Knowing these levels will change your life forever. STAY TUNED.
We experience two situations in our daily life. One is the state of mind without thought or a mental vacuum, and the other is the state with thought. We know that when we are awake, thoughts enter our minds. But does a thought enter your mind in a deep sleep? no.
Also, our existence includes two states. One is the state in which we are aware of “I” and our identity, and the other is the state in which we are unaware of our “I.” For example, in a deep sleep, we are unaware of our “I.” We create four states and levels of consciousness by combining these states.
4 levels of consciousness
With the thought and understanding of “I”
This is the normal state of our awakening, which are thoughts and our awareness of “I.” In this case, the frequency of “I” is higher than the frequency of thoughts, and for this reason, with the power of will, you can control thoughts or even eliminate them.
With thinking and not understanding “I”
This state is similar to sleep! In this case, you do not clearly understand your identity and “I,” meaning that you may dream of being a 5-year-old child or becoming a doctor or even forget your entire life. But your thoughts are present, and the frequency of your thoughts is stronger than the frequency of your “I.”
Without thinking and understanding “I”
In deep sleep, you neither understand nor think about “I.”
Mindless and with the understanding of “I”
There is another exceptional situation that very few people experience in their entire lives. Even if they experience it, it is only for a few seconds. If you are suddenly shocked or sit in the peak of peace and nature for a few short moments, you will experience this thoughtless awareness.
In which state do you become ill?
All your physical or mental illnesses are created in the dream state when the thoughts of “I” dominate. If your thoughts dominate your deep sleep, you will have a disturbed dream; if your thoughts dominate your waking state, you will experience daydreaming.
The purpose of meditation
Meditation aims to bring state number 4, meaning no thought, and with the understanding of “I” into all aspects of life, both deep sleep and wakefulness. This situation has many advantages for you physically, mentally, and spiritually, much more than you think! Increasing your vibrational frequency and ability to influence the world and change physical events metaphysically will also occur in state number 4.
